Lemon & Rosemary Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 chicken pieces (legs, thighs and breasts)
- 600g/1lb5oz potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 lemons, each cut into 6 wedges
- 6 sprigs rosemary
- 2 onions, cut into chunks
- 10 cloves garlic, skins left on
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 glass white wine
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / gas mark 4
- Mix everything together in a large roasting tray and bake for about 40-50mins until golden and tender.
- Serve with warm crispy bread
