Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 250g / 9oz Cranberries, fresh or frozen,
- 110g / 4oz Light soft brown sugar,
- 1 Orange, zest & juice.
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring slowly to the boil. Cook until all the cranberries have burst.
- Leave to cool, it will thicken as it cools.
