Children's Mini Florentines

Method

  1. Chop the cherries & pecans.
  2. Place the two chocolates in separate bowls and microwave on medium until both are melted, do this separately as the chocolates melt at different rates.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  4. Spoon teaspoons of melted chocolate onto the parchment, using the back of a teaspoon make neat circles.
  5. Press pieces of cherries and pecans into the chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 mins.
