Children's Mini Florentines
Makes roughly 18.
Ingredients
- 18 glace cherries,
- 18 pecan nuts,
- 75g/3oz white chocolate,
- 75g/3oz plain chocolate.
Method
- Chop the cherries & pecans.
- Place the two chocolates in separate bowls and microwave on medium until both are melted, do this separately as the chocolates melt at different rates.
- Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
- Spoon teaspoons of melted chocolate onto the parchment, using the back of a teaspoon make neat circles.
- Press pieces of cherries and pecans into the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 mins.
