Chicken & Chard Noodles

Ingredients
- 110g/4oz Egg Noodles
- 110g/4oz Chard, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 Chicken Breast, cut into 1 cm cubes
- 2 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon hot paprika
Method
- Cook the noodles according to manufacturers instructions.
- Steam the chard on top of the saucepan for a few minutes until just wilted.
- Meanwhile dry fry the cumin & sesame seeds for 4 minutes in a hot frying pan. Set aside the seeds.
- Pour a little oil in the frying pan and cook the chicken until golden.
- Drain the water from the noodles and keep warm.
- Place in the saucepan the oil, garlic and paprika, cook for 2 minutes and then add the noodles. Coat the noodles with the mixture then add the chard and chicken. Finally sprinkle on the seeds.
