Delicious Scones & Tray Bakes

Knowing how to make the perfect scone is one of the best cooking tricks to have up your sleeve. Along with a selection of deliciously indulgent tray bakes then you have everything needed for a fantastic afternoon tea.  With this workshop there is an opportunity to perfect your scone making skills and try new flavours as well as learning new tempting tray bake ideas.

Beginners Bread Making

There’s nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread. Learn how to create your own from scratch. In this workshop we will teach you the joy of bread making, both yeasted and non-yeasted. With options on how to enhance taste by adding different spices and flavours.

If you have a sweet tooth this workshop is definitely for you; with hands on experience, learning cheats as well as more complex recipes to impress friends & family with.

Fabulous Festive Baking

Inspire friends and family with these clever ideas for a mouth watering Christmas. A hands on workshop where you will learn some twists on classic festive recipes along with great new inspirational creations from the Humble Cake repertoire. This session is perfect for those who have always wanted to create something extra special for entertaining Christmas guests.

Suitable for: Any adults with an interest in food.

All Sessions are limited to 6 people per class.
