Chocolate Creations

Chocolate is much loved by just about all of us and although delicious in its original state it can be even better when used in baking. This indulgent workshop starts with the origins of chocolate, how to use it effectively and how to achieve the best results. If you are a chocoholic this workshop is definitely for you; with hands on experience learning some sumptuous recipes and techniques to impress friends & family with.

Gluten Free Baking

It can be limiting if yourself, a family member or a friend isn’t able to eat certain foods. It doesn’t have to be this way, instead new food possibilities can be opened up. This hands on workshop is an insightful look into alternative baking using replacements for traditional flours and cereals. Learn how to create delicious cakes and biscuits that are suitable for people who can’t tolerate gluten.

Sensational Summer Baking

Divine Desserts & Perfect Puddings

An indulgent afternoon spent making a selection of mouth watering delights to take home along with ideas to use in everyday cooking and for dinner parties. If you have a sweet tooth this workshop is definitely for you; with hands on experience, learning cheats as well as more complex recipes to impress friends & family with.

Fabulous Festive Baking

Inspire friends and family with these clever ideas for a mouth watering Christmas. A hands on workshop where you will learn some twists on classic festive recipes along with great new inspirational creations from the Humble Cake repertoire. This session is perfect for those who have always wanted to create something extra special for entertaining Christmas guests.

Saturday 20th November, 1-5pm
£ 40 (Includes: Recipes, ingredients, finished work, refreshments & afternoon tea).

Suitable for: Any adults with an interest in food.

All Sessions are limited to 6 people per class.

Where: The Old Rectory, Abbey Road, Flixton, Suffolk, NR35 1NL (in the Humble Cake kitchen).
