Humble Cake is a family business guided by the enthusiasm of Gemma, who is a graduate of Leiths School of Food & Wine. Started as a traditional cake baking business in 2007, it now operates a popular café in Bungay as well as continuing to produce high quality cakes.

We pay particular attention to where all our ingredients come from, to ensure they are of the highest quality available and wherever possible are local and seasonal. All these elements are important to us. Buying locally supports businesses in the Norfolk and Suffolk area as well as reducing food miles that contribute to carbon emissions. Harnessing nature’s seasonal delights enables the taste of fruit and vegetables that we cook with to be enjoyed at their best and most flavoursome.
